What's the minimum order quantity to customize?
Any quantity is acceptable, however, higher quantity offers better prices. We suggest starting with 2pcs per design by digital printing and 5,000pcs per design by gravure printing.
What should I do to get a quotation?
Please provide: 1) order quantity, 2) package size, 3) printing design. We will quote immediately.
What if I don't have a printing design?
Our graphics team provides design service if you agree on our quotation and place the order.
What's the general lead time for one order?
Digital printing orders: 7-15 days. Gravure printing orders (within 100,000pcs): 15-25 days, with additional days for higher quantities.
How long will I expect to receive the goods?
Depends on courier service chosen - generally, higher cost provides faster service.
Can I have sample before the order?
Yes, we provide free samples (from past projects) for quality checking. Can ship anytime.
