Q: What if I don't have a printing design?
A: Our graphics team provides design service if you agree on our quotation and place the order.
Q: What's the general lead time for one order?
A: For digital printing orders, we ship within 7-15 days. For gravure printing orders within 100,000pcs, we ship within 15-25 days (extra days for higher quantities).
Q: How long will I expect to receive the goods?
A: It depends on the courier service you choose - generally, higher cost means faster service.
Q: Can I have sample before the order?
A: Yes, we provide free samples (from past projects) for quality checking and can ship anytime.
