Q: What's the minimum order quantity to customize?
A: Any quantity is acceptable, however, higher quantity, better prices. We suggest to start with 2pcs per design by digital printing and 5,000pcs per design by gravure printing.
Q: What should I do to get a quotation?
A: Please let us know your: 1) order quantity, 2) package size, 3) printing design - we will quote immediately.
Q: What if I don't have a printing design?
A: Our graphics team provides design service if you agreed on our quotation and place the order.
Q: What's the general lead time for one order?
A: For digital printing orders, we can ship within 7-15 days. For gravure printing orders within 100,000pcs, we can ship within 15-25 days (few days extra for higher quantity).
Q: How long will I expect to receive the goods?
A: It depends on courier service - generally, the higher the cost, the faster the service.
Q: Can I have sample before the order?
A: Sure, we can provide free sample (from our past projects) for quality checking. Can ship anytime.
