Kwaliteitscontrole & Inspectie
Kwaliteitsconsistentie is een belangrijk onderdeel van ons productieproces. We hebben een toegewijd QA/QC-team van 4 inspecteurs verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitsinspectie en productiebewaking.
Voor eindproducten voeren we steekproeven uit, waaronder:
- Visuele Inspectie – Controle van uiterlijk, printkwaliteit, afdichtingsconditie, afmetingen en algemene afwerking.
- Functionele Inspectie – Verificatie van belangrijke productfuncties en verpakkingprestaties volgens de geldende vereisten.
- Gestandaardiseerde Inspectieprocedures – Inspectie-instructies worden opgesteld en uniform gevolgd om een consistente kwaliteitscontrole te handhaven.
